The nearby church of Madonna della Potenza, which stands by the stairs that lead to the villa, makes it possible to have both ceremony and reception very close to one another, eliminating the need of transfers. The garden by the sea, and the private dock are the perfect location for outdoor ceremonies with the bride and groom arriving by boat. For a lunch or dinner reception the ideal number of seats is thirty, while buffet reception capacity is up to sixty guests.
