Santa Maria Luxury Villa is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden of about 20,000 sqm, arranged on several terraces and equipped with sun loungers, sofas and gazebo from where you can admire stunning sea views, read a book or sip a glass of wine, nestled among the heady scents of the lemon groves in bloom.
The living area is large and comfortable, with bright windows with sea view, through which you access to outdoor gardens; it is furnished by combining furniture of important masters of design with Moroccan lamps and furniture from India and China, with a clever play of shape and colors.
Santa Maria Luxury Villa also offers its guests many wellness services to regenerate their mind and body from the stress of everyday life: a sauna, a large Jacuzzi and a private access to the beach adjacent to the property.
The beach area is also equipped with a private dock from where you can easily reach the picturesque restaurants located both on the nearby beach of Santa Croce and on that one of Conca dei Marini by a free water taxi.
